Curating Shows I have enjoyed curating three shows at the Maine Art Gallery in Wiscasset. An invitational show, Pastel Perspectives (May 16 - June 9, 2002) featured the work of eight pastelists from Maine. Blossoms – Real and Represented (September 4-28, 2003) was an invitational show as well. Live flower and foliage arrangements were displayed against a backdrop of watercolor, oil, acrylic, and print artworks depicting blossoms in both natural and still-life settings. Most recently, I co-curated Fin, Feather and Fur (July 8 - August 8, 2004), an exhibit which presented a diverse collection of prints, paintings, and sculptures of animal life by twelve invited Maine artists.
